FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to install flashing lights at the intersection of highway 28, San Miguel school and La Mesa school in Dona Ana county;

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for new road construction from highway 28 to Harlacker to B-10 in Dona Ana county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve Castillo road in Dona Ana county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve Pajaro road in Dona Ana county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to maintain B-008 or Landfill road in Dona Ana county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct Montes road from New Mexico highway 227 and B-008 to A-068 in Dona Ana county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to widen and improve Carver road between New Mexico highways 478 and 28 in Dona Ana county; and

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to connect Avenida de Quintas to La Mar road, including right-of-way acquisition, drainage and pipe improvements, in Dona Ana county.
