REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AN EXISTING BUILDING FOR A COMMUNITY HEALTH

CLINIC IN HONDO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate and make improvements to an existing building and to comply with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, for a community health

clinic on the school campus in Hondo in Lincoln county.
