FOR A PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to develop a county-wide public safety radio system, including purchasing equipment and upgrading the current system, in Dona Ana county.
