FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MESA VISTA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN TAOS AND RIO ARRIBA

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred fifty-one thousand dollars ($551,000) for improvements to the Mesa Vista school district, to comply with uniform building codes and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Taos and Rio Arriba counties.
