REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEYS' OFFICE

IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the district attorney of the second judicial district

seven hundred thirty-three thousand dollars ($733,000) for modular workstations, furniture and shelving in the second judicial district attorneys' office in Bernalillo county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to move furniture and equipment and activate and install voice and data lines in the second judicial district attorneys' office in Bernalillo county; and

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for infrastructure and wiring needs for data, voice and video communications in the second judicial district attorneys' office in Bernalillo county.
