FOR A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN EL RITO IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand two hundred dollars ($400,200) to plan, design and construct a water distribution system in El Rito in Taos county.
