REQUESTED BY

FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION TO FLOOD WATER PONDING AREAS FOR

THE COMMUNITY OF DE LARA ESTATES SOUTH IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire land and construct flood water ponding areas for the community of De Lara estates south in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
