FOR A VETERANS' SERVICE CENTER AT CROWNPOINT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase, transport, install, equip and furnish a modular building for a veterans' service center at Crownpoint in McKinley county.
