REQUESTED BY

FOR LUNA SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to improve streets, sidewalks, drainage and access in the Luna addition subdivision, to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
