FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE OIL CONSERVATION DIVISION

OF THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT IN HOBBS IN LEA

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase and improve buildings and land and pave a parking lot for the regional office of the oil conservation division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department in Hobbs in Lea county.
