AN ACT

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC PEACE, HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE; CONTRACTING TO PROVIDE PARENTING AND FAMILY MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN CROWNPOINT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of contracting to provide training in parenting and family management in the Crownpoint area of McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
