Mr. President:

Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, before "ENACTING" insert "AMENDING AND".

2. On page 1, line 12, strike "A SECTION" and insert in lieu thereof "SECTIONS".

3. On page 1, line 21, strike "$3.50" and insert in lieu thereof "$4.00".

4. On page 2, line 1, strike "$7.50" and insert in lieu thereof "$8.00".

5. On page 3, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new section to read:

"Section 2. Section 16-2-7 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1935, Chapter 57, Section 7, as amended) is amended to read:

"16-2-7. RULES [AND REGULATIONS].--The secretary shall promulgate and adopt rules [and regulations] for each park [as circumstances may demand to the end that each state park may be made as nearly self-supporting as possible]."".

6. Renumber the subsequent section accordingly.
