MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE NORTHERN TAOS COUNTY WITH A SUMMER CAMP FOR LOW-INCOME STUDENTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to provide after-school arts and enrichment programs for second and third grade students in northern Taos county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
