AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND PART-TIME BUS DRIVER POSITIONS FOR THE NORTHSIDE SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of funding part-time bus driver positions for the Gallup northside senior center in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
