MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS SO THAT OFFICE MAY PROVIDE GENERAL SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION TO TEEN COURTS AND TEEN COURT PROGRAMS IN NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing general supervision and coordination to teen courts and teen court programs in New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
