AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR COSTS OF THE IRRIGATION RESERVOIR IN TULAROSA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of repairing and maintaining the irrigation reservoir of the Tularosa community ditch located in Otero county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
