AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SENIOR OLYMPICS AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of defraying expenses of the New Mexico senior olympics. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
