AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO REHABILITATION CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million seven hundred ninety thousand three hundred dollars ($2,790,300) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of funding the southern New Mexico rehabilitation center at the fiscal years 1998 and 1999 level. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
