AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUBSIDIZE THE OPERATING EXPENSES FOR THE EDDY COUNTY RURAL HEALTH CARE FACILITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred twenty-two thousand dollars ($322,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of subsidizing the Eddy county rural health care facility. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
