MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO GALLUP CAMPUS GRADUATE CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the establishment and operational costs of a graduate center at the Gallup campus of the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
