has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred ninety-eight thousand dollars ($198,000)",

and further recommends that it now be referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
