AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE AVIATION MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-eight thousand twenty-five dollars ($148,025) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing additional staff for the aviation maintenance department at eastern New Mexico university campus in Roswell in Chaves county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
