has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 16, strike "department of finance and administration" and insert in lieu thereof "commission on higher education".

2. On page 2, line 8, after "upgrades", insert "and to assist with rural outreach for the development training program".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
