SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 123

Amendment sponsored by Senator Arthur H. Rodarte

1. On page 1, line 15, strike "A".

2. On page 1, strike lines 16 through 22 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new subsections:

"A. A county clerk, treasurer, assessor or sheriff in a class A, B or C county with an annual salary of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) or more shall work full time and keep his own records.

B. As used in this section, "full time" means holding office hours a minimum of forty hours per week.".
