SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 74, as amended

1. On page 1, line 14, after "ENACTING" strike "A NEW SECTION OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CODE" and insert in lieu thereof "NEW SECTIONS OF THE NMSA 1978".

2. On page 1, line 25, strike "by twenty percent" and insert in lieu thereof "pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of this act".
