Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 46, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 20, before the semicolon insert "and a refinancing project".

2. On page 7, line 16, after "center" insert "and municipal building".

3. On page 9, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new subsections:

"VVVV. to the Abiquiu mutual domestic water and sewer association for a wastewater project;

WWWW. to the city of Deming for a solid waste project and a utility project;

XXXX. to the city of Clovis for a public works administration building and related facilities;".

4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
