Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike line 17 and on line 18 strike "administration" and insert in lieu thereof "the public transportation programs bureau of the state highway and transportation department".

2. On page 1, line 20, after "programs" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 21 through 25 and on page 2, strike line 1 and strike line 2 through "funding".

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
