Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, after "identify," insert "any available".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "use" and insert in lieu thereof "cycle and any other school bus that is no longer needed by a school district".

3. On page 2, line 2, strike "use" and insert in lieu thereof "cycle and any other school bus that is no longer needed by the school bus contractor".

4. On page 2, line 7, strike "work" and insert in lieu thereof "work-related".

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
