MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CHILD-CARE SERVICES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of contracting to provide child-care services to children eligible to receive temporary assistance for needy families in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
