AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TREATMENT GUARDIAN SERVICES FOR THE MENTALLY ILL AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the attorney general for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to contract for treatment guardian sevices for the mentally ill and the developmentally disabled. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
