HOUSE BILL 759

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 6, line 15, after the comma strike "fifteen dollars ($15.00) and on line 16, strike "plus three dollars ($3.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus five dollars ($5.00)".
