HOUSE BILL 662

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 5, lines 16 and 17, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof: "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
