has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, after the second semicolon strike the remainder of the line, strike line 12 and strike line 13 through the first semicolon.

2. On page 2, line 3, after "of" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 4 and 5 and strike line 6 through the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "appropriations,".

3. On page 29, strike Section 14 in its entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

5. On page 31, strike lines 16 through 24.

6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

7. On page 34, line 3, strike "charges" and insert in lieu thereof "changes".

8. On page 37, line 11, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof

"a".
