MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AT THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of contracting for provision of services to senior citizens at the pueblo of Laguna. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
