MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CHILD DAYCARE SERVICES IN TIERRA AMARILLA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ten thousand six hundred dollars ($110,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to contract for child daycare services in Tierra Amarilla to provide services to families in the Tierra Amarilla and Chama area. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
