AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO OPERATE THE EAGLE NEST SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-six thousand eighty-four dollars ($146,084) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of operating the Eagle Nest senior citizen program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
