MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT TO PROMOTE THE INTERTRIBAL INDIAN CEREMONIAL ASSOCIATION IN GALLUP.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of promoting the intertribal Indian ceremonial association, located in Gallup, pursuant to the provisions of Section 9-15A-7.1 NMSA 1978. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
