1. On page 1, line 18, after the numbers "66" insert "under state highway and transportation department jurisdiction".

2. On page 1, line 22, after the word "shall" strike the remainder of line 22 and on line 23 strike the line through "replace" and insert in lieu thereof "make every effort to inventory all former United States route 66 signs and replace as necessary within available state and federal resources".
