MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES IN THE VILLAGE OF COCHITI LAKE IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty thousand dollars ($40,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing operational and staffing funds for emergency medical services in the village of Cochiti Lake located in Sandoval county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
