has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, strike the brackets and line-through.

2. On page 2, line l, strike the line-through.

3. On page 2, line 1, after the semicolon insert "provided, that local school districts may choose to transport children in grades kindergarten through six distances of less than one mile;".

4. On page 2, line 2, strike the bracket and line-through and strike "(l)".
