Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 276

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, line 22, after "campaign" insert "of the candidate".

2. On page 7, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

"B. donations to the campaign of another candidate for elections to a school board;".

3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
