AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CASH MATCH NEEDED TO OBTAIN FEDERAL FUNDING TO EXTEND SEWER LINES IN QUESTA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to serve as cash match to obtain the federal community development block grant to extend sewer lines in Questa. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
