MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE YOUTH BUILD PROGRAM IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the children, youth and families department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of supporting training and leadership opportunities, affordable housing and community revitalization in Bernalillo county through the youth build program's offering of construction, leadership and architectural design training and work experience to high-risk youth. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
