MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PHASE ONE OPERATIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO MANUFACTURING TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER'S CLEANROOM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of paying for the operations of phase one of the manufacturing training and technology center's cleanroom of the manufacturing engineering program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
