I have previously vetoed Senate Finance Committee Substitute for Senate Floor Substitute for Senate Bill 738, The General Appropriation Act in anticipation of a more acceptable general appropriation measure being produced at the first special session of the Forty-Fourth Legislature.

Accordingly, I have vetoed:

SENATE BILL 175, as amended with emergency clause and

SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE

SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE FOR SENATE BILLS 230 & 242

which were funded by Senate Bill 738.
