I have this day VETOED and am returning HOUSE BILL 745,

enacted by the Forty-Fourth Legislature, First Session, 1999.

This bill would expand the existing armed forces veteran vehicle plate program to include motorcycles as well as other vehicles. The Forty-Fourth Legislature passed HOUSE BILL 660 which I have already signed. This bill amends the same section of law as HOUSE BILL 660 therefore, I am vetoing it in order to avoid a conflict.
