I have this day VETOED and am returning HOUSE BILL 18 as amended, with certificate enacted by the Forty-Fourth Legislature, First Session, 1999.

This legislation would allow the New Mexico Finance Authority to make permanent equipment loans from the Public Project Revolving Fund with the approval of the New Mexico Finance Authority Oversight Committee. This bill has been vetoed because current law provides an adequate process to address such loans.
