APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0016| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0017| government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 | 0019| for the purpose of funding needed survey work in the town of | 0020| Willard in Torrance county. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0021| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert | 0022| to the general fund. | 0023| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0024| peace, health and safety that this act take effect | 0025| immediately. |
