APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for | 0019| the purpose of funding youth leadership and public policy | 0020| training programs designed to address gang prevention, | 0021| substance abuse and teen pregnancy. Any unexpended or | 0022| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 | 0023| shall revert to the general fund. | 0024| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0025| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. |
