0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ATTENDANT CARE SERVICES; DECLARING

0012|     AN EMERGENCY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirty-five
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($135,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the children, youth and families department for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for attendant care services. 
    |
0019|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of

    |
0020|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0021|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0022|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect
    |
0023|     immediately.
